By registering to attend an indoor worship service at Congregation B’nai Israel,

1. I/We will wear a mask which securely covers both nose and mouth at all times while inside the building.

2. I/We will maintain six feet of social distance from all others not of our household while inside the building.

3. I/We will sit in designated areas as directed by ushers.

4. I/We will remain in the designated seating pod throughout the service unless visiting the restroom.

5. I/We will refrain from singing aloud (Not applicable on Shabbat morning).

6. I/We will not attend if any of the following symptoms are present in our household: fever, cough, shortness of breath, runny nose, congestion, sore throat, chills, body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, vomiting or diarrhea.

7. I/We will not attend if, within the past 14 days, anyone in our household has been exposed to an individual known to be positive for COVID19 AND the exposed member(s) of our household are not vaccinated.

8. For those who will be leading a portion of the service: I/we will remove my/our mask(s) to lead my/our part(s) of the service only if I/we am/are fully vaccinated.
